We supply US Industrial Tool stationary pneumatic compression riveters to provide high volume riveting and dimpling. These one-man operated pedestal riveters, such as the US150 range are capable of exceptional accuracy and have the capacity to cold squeeze 3/8″ solid stainless steel rivets with 16,000 lbs. of force.

The riveter is designed to allow the user to vary the machine speed with foot touch control and the operator can bring sets down to work surface at any speed adjustment with no loss of power.

Standard equipment includes an air-actuated foot control and filter-regulator-lubricator combo.

Option: US14032 – As the operator depresses the foot pedal providing a momentary signal (press and release), the set holder will move forward and upon full stroke complete the rivet upsetting and automatically retract to the start position, awaiting an operator follow-up signal.
