Bucking Bars
We supply the complete, extensive range of US Industrial Tool Bucking Bars including Standard and Recoilless, either individually or in sets.
Standard Bucking Bars are cast with Ductile Iron to ensure a non-porous finish to achieve that highly polished finish. They are heat treated to 38-42 RC and can be repolished many times without changing hardness. Work surfaces are highly polished.
Tungsten Bucking Bars provide increased density to assist riveting in confined areas. The weight to size ratio provides good kinetic energy transfer and will speed the installation process. Standard shapes should allow up to 3/16 diameter rivet installation. Special contours can be quoted for upon request.
