PBS Diamond Router Bits

Our Diamond Router Bits feature PBS bonded technology, where the diamonds are individually brazed in place. This promotes high diamond exposure and eliminates the loss of diamond particles through pull-out.

With PBS cutting tools, the abrasive section will not strip or peel, which results in increased productivity and is long-lasting with less loading, faster cutting and cooler running.

Electroplated Diamond Parallel Routers

The electroplated diamond parallel router, ERP type, has a flat head and is for routing, rebating and trimming glass reinforced plastic, GRP, carbon fibre and plastic composites or similar materials. This electroplated diamond router has been developed to perform many different functions from trimming or routing the unwanted section off fibreglass mouldings to routing deep rebates in laminates. A selection of popular diamond routers are kept in stock for immediate delivery or can be manufactured to specific customer requirements.
